Nick joined the firm in 2009 as an associate. His practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions with national , state-wide, or regional scope. Nick has successfully represented groups of small businesses and consumers in both state and federal forums. Prior to joining McCallum, Methvin & Terrell, Nick practiced in the commercial litigation group of a large regional defense firm.
Nick received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law where he served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review and was a recipient of the Judge Henry Mize scholarship. Before attending law school, Nick obtained a bachelor of arts degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, with dual majors in economics and government. Nick attended Indian Springs School prior to Wesleyan.
Nick is a member of the state bar of Alabama and California. He has also been admitted to practice in all Alabama federal courts, as well as in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Nick is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, and the Birmingham Bar Association. Nick currently serves on the executive committee for the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Section, and was named a 2011 Alabama Super Lawyers® Rising Star.
