Rodney graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University located in Birmingham, Alabama in 2005. While attending Cumberland School of Law, he served as a member of the AAJ National Trial Advocacy Team and a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. He is also a national member of the Order of Barristers. After graduating from Cumberland, Rodney began his legal career at McCallum, Methvin & Terrell, P.C. and was admitted to practice law in Alabama in 2005, West Virginia in 2006, Georgia in 2007, and Tennessee in 2007. His practice includes representing families in wrongful death actions and individuals suffering from life-altering catastrophic injuries as a result of another party’s carelessness. In addition, he has successfully litigated numerous consumer and insurance fraud cases across the country. Rodney has handled jury trials in many different areas, ranging from wrongful death to negligence/wantonness.
