Michael Yancey is a shareholder in the law firm of McCallum, Methvin & Terrell, P.C. Michael graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University located in Birmingham, Alabama and was admitted to practice law in Alabama in 2000, Mississippi in 2001 and Kentucky in 2003. Michael’s practice includes representing consumers and small businesses throughout the country in complex litigation involving claims of unfair and deceptive practices in the insurance and financial services industries, business-to-business torts, contract disputes, fraud, bad faith, and personal injury. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, the Alabama Association for Justice, the Kentucky Justice Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Michael is also a registered mediator on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster.
